UpDIG undertook a scoping assessment for the City Forester on the initial phase of the City of Boulder’s Urban Forest Strategy Plan. The engagement included interviews with City Foresters around the country and review of existing and related plans. UpDIG set forth recommendations for Urban Forest Strategy Plan content, implementation planning, and budgetary considerations.
